General Guidelines

Payout Guidelines
We reserve the right not to pay out income from mods and purchases. The reasons for this remain internal and will not be disclosed. If we notice that the payout function is being exploited, we will also cancel the payout process and take further steps. The payout function is started and enabled only with valid two-factor authentication.
Refund Guidelines
If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, please contact us by email so that we can discuss a refund. In general, we act in accordance on behave of the right of revocation with the German law.
